
My Name is Emily, and I’m Committing to Fit
this is real folks. i got down to 113 from 125 and it’s almost all come back now. I really want to look as fit as i feel. exercises in self-control, here i come.
RULES:
-drink green tea every day
-smoothies to battle cravings
-water bottle is glued to me at all times
-one treat at parties
-everything gets written in a food diary
-run 5 days/week
-must sit down with a plate to eat food
-cannot hang out in the kitchen for more than 5 min
-pilates every weekday morning
-no second servings
-clean off plate and brush teeth as soon as finished
